Team Leader
Job Description
We are looking for Team Leaders to support and guide Employment Advisers who work with clients, health professionals, service providers and employers to support people back into employment. As a Team Leader, you will be focused on making sure a persons journey into employment, with associated improved social inclusion and wellbeing is as easy as possible by guiding and supporting your team.

\nLocation: Roles in Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham, Gosport, Havant and Hayling Island (Community Based)
\nSalary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum (based on experience)
\nThe ideal candidate will:
\nBe an excellent and confident communicator, with the ability to deal with a range of stakeholders
\nHave experience/understanding of working with people with health conditions /disabilities, substance misuse needs, or a similar client group within health, social services or the voluntary sector
\nHave experience of working with someone on a one-to-one basis
\nHave experience of team leadership
\nHave proven experience of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets
\nHave experience of managing multiple tasks at any one time
