\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful and fast-growing business as a Administrator, reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant, this role is ideal for an experienced Administrator who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop into a Personal Assistant position.
\nThis is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with senior leaders, gaining invaluable exposure while developing your organisational, communication and executive support skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.
\nWorking alongside the Senior Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the executive office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of schedules, communications and key business activities.
\nAdministrator Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Team.

Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
\n - \n
Monitor and manage email inboxes, prioritising and responding where appropriate.
\n - \n
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation and occasional personal bookings.
\n - \n
Assist with planning weekly priorities and maintaining key trackers.
\n - \n
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
\n - \n
Prepare documents, correspondence and presentations as required.
\n - \n
Support the organisation of meetings, events and executive projects.
\n - \n
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
\n - \n
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
\n - \n
Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
\n
About You
\nWe're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and eager to build a career in executive support.
\nYou'll ideally have:

Previous experience in an Administrative or Office Support role.
\n - \n
A desire to progress into a Personal Assistant career.
\n - \n
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
\n - \n
Strong attention to detail.
\n - \n
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
\n - \n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n - \n
Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
\n - \n
Experience coordinating travel and diary management would be advantageous.
\n - \n
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
\n - \n
A proactive, positive approach with a willingness to learn.
\n - \n
A full UK driving licence - Essential
