\nSalary: £33,000–£36,000 DOE + Annual Bonus

\nWorking alongside Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless client experience by managing the administration of pensions, investments and protection business from start to finish. \nKey Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners throughout the financial planning process. \n
- Process new business across pensions, investments and protection accurately and efficiently. \n
- Manage Letters of Authority (LOAs), tracking requests and liaising with providers to obtain information promptly. \n
- Support the firm's Annual Review Service by preparing review packs, obtaining valuations and scheduling client reviews. \n
- Prepare client documentation and meeting packs. \n
- Liaise with providers, investment platforms and third parties to progress cases and resolve queries. \n
- Maintain accurate client records and workflows within Intelligent Office (iO). \n
- Support Paraplanners with report preparation and technical administration. \n
- Provide proactive updates to clients, ensuring an exceptional level of customer service. \n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the continued efficiency of the business. \n
About You
\nYou'll already have experience working within a Financial Services Administration role and enjoy providing high-quality support within an Independent Financial Advice or Wealth Management environment.
\nYou'll also have:
\n- \n
- Experience supporting Financial Advisers throughout the advice process. \n
- A good understanding of pensions, investments and protection products. \n
- Experience managing Letters of Authority and new business administration. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. \n
- The ability to prioritise multiple cases effectively. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n
- A professional, personable and client-focused approach. \n
- Experience using Intelligent Office (iO) would be advantageous. \n
- Experience using FE Analytics or industry platforms would be beneficial. \n
