English and Maths Administrator – 37 hours per week, 8.30am – 5pm – £28,203.72 FTE (BRK24) - actual £25,508.10 based at Weybridge Campus.CLOSING DATE: 12TH JULY 2026Brooklands Technical College is a further education college supporting young people and adults to take the next steps on their career path. If you're passionate about education and want to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.The English and Maths Administrator will provide administration support, working closely with the Director of English and Maths, to contact and follow up those students that miss lessons. We are seeking a pro-active and well-organised individuals to fill these rewarding roles based within our college. You would work closely with students, their parents, Lecturers and other College staff, working in a proactive way to ensure students attend College regularly and achieve their learning goals. Responsibilities include identifying and acting immediately on problems relating to student attendance, punctuality and progress to ensure that students maintain an excellent attendance record. About the role: The English and Maths Administrator will provide administration support, working closely with the Director of English and maths, to contact and follow up those students that miss lessons. To fulfil the role of English and Maths Administrator you should be able to:\n

- Contact parents/guardians and students when students have missed lessons. \n
- Deal with telephone calls and enquiries and passing details to the relevant department \n
- Assist with communications and arrangements for catchup sessions and exams \n
- Support the Director of English and maths with the daily administration of the department. \n
- Liaise with College Managers when required (meetings, correspondence and follow up). \n
