\nThe Role
\nWorking as part of the administration team, you'll provide dedicated support to the firm's Financial Planners across the full client journey.
\nThis is a varied position, combining traditional wealth planning administration with client servicing responsibilities and increasingly technical work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys developing their knowledge and taking ownership of cases.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Supporting Financial Planners with day-to-day client administration. \n
- Preparing client documentation and meeting packs. \n
- Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection. \n
- Managing annual review administration and ongoing servicing work. \n
- Liaising with providers and clients to progress cases efficiently. \n
- Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems. \n
- Assisting with more technical administrative tasks and developing report writing skills over time. \n
- Working closely with advisers and paraplanners to deliver an exceptional client experience. \n
What We're Looking For

- Previous experience within IFA or Wealth Planning Administration. \n
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. \n
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your workload. \n
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. \n
- A genuine interest in continuing to build technical knowledge within financial planning. \n
