  • Lead organisational development and culture programmes aligned to business objectives.
  • \n
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and employee experience activity across the organisation.
  • \n
  • Act as lead for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, supporting the ongoing evolution of the EDI agenda.
  • \n
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to build organisational and leadership capability.
  • \n
  • Manage employee listening activity, engagement surveys and action planning processes.
  • \n
  • Lead change and transformation projects from design through to implementation and embedding.
  • \n
  • Support talent, succession and development initiatives to strengthen organisational capability.
  • \n
  • Utilise workforce insights and people data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • \n

Profile

\n
    \n
      \n
    • A strong background in organisational development, employee engagement and culture change.
    • \n
    • Experience leading EDI, employee experience or organisational effectiveness programmes.
    • \n
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver organisation-wide initiatives.
    • \n
    • Experience using workforce data and employee insight to drive improvements.
    • \n
    • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
    • \n
    • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
    • \n
    • Relevant HR, organisational development or people-related qualifications.
    • \n
    \n
