Carpet Estimator / Salesperson

Vallance Discount Carpets is a family run business that has been trading in the south side of Glasgow for over 50 years. We are currently looking for a carpet estimator/salesperson for our busy store in Cathcart.

The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for measuring customer’s homes but will also be expected to serve customers in our store, advise on the range of carpets and flooring available, calculating sales prices, ordering stock from, and liaising with, manufacturers and suppliers, and maintaining the showroom.

Experience in measuring and estimating in the carpet industry would be advantageous.
