Part Time Stock Controller

Location: Hook, HampshireSalary: £13.70 per hourHours: 18–20 hours per week

An established and growing business based in Hook is seeking a Part-Time Stock Controller to join its team. This is an office-based role offering flexibility around working hours, provided availability includes 11:00am–2:00pm Monday to Friday.

This opportunity would suit someone with stock control, inventory, administration, purchasing, or supply chain experience who is looking for a part-time position within a friendly and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
\n
• Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies
\n
• Update stock information on internal systems
\n
• Liaise with internal departments regarding stock movements and availability
\n
• Assist with inventory reporting and stock analysis
\n
• Support purchasing and replenishment activities where required
\n
• Ensure stock data remains accurate and up to date
\n
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team
\n

Skills & Experience

Essential:

\n
• Previous administration experience
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
\n
• Excellent organisational skills
\n
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
\n

Desirable:

\n
• Stock control or inventory management experience
\n
• Experience using stock management, ERP, or warehouse systems
\n
• Previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments
\n
