Administrator – Financial Services

Fully Remote (maybe hybrid in Derby in the future) | £27,000 - £35,000 DOE | Full-Time Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established and growing financial planning business in a fully remote position.

\n

This role would suit someone with previous experience within financial services administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of support.

\n

The successful candidate will provide administrative and technical support to advisers and management, helping ensure a smooth and efficient client journey from initial enquiry through to completion.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

• Providing high-level administrative support to advisers and the wider team

\n

• Preparing client files and ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate and complete

\n

• Supporting pre- and post-meeting administration, including CRM updates

\n

• Processing applications and liaising with providers, clients, and third parties

\n

• Chasing applications and Letters of Authority to ensure timely completion

\n

• Producing client correspondence, reports, and review documentation

\n

• Handling inbound calls professionally and building strong client relationships

\n

• Running reports, illustrations, and collating key client information

\n

• Maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day operational processes

\n

Requirements:

\n

• Previous administration experience within financial services, wealth management, or a related sector

\n

• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce would be advantageous

\n

• Strong communication and client relationship skills

\n

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

\n

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment

\n

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

\n

• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
