Family Solicitor | Family Lawyer | Divorce & Financial Remedy

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a long-established and respected high street law firm in Aylesbury.

The firm has built an excellent reputation for providing practical, client-focused legal advice across the local community and is now looking to strengthen its Family department with the appointment of an experienced Solicitor.

This role would suit a Family Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE who is confident managing their own caseload and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients.

The Role

You will advise clients across a broad range of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
\n
• Financial remedy matters
\n
• Private children matters
\n
• Cohabitation disputes and agreements
\n
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements
\n
• Civil partnership matters
\n
• Collaborative family law
\n

The department also offers Family Mediation services, providing opportunities to broaden your experience.

About You

To be considered, you will:

\n
• Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in Family Law
\n
• Be confident managing your own caseload independently
\n
• Have experience advising on divorce, financial remedy and private children matters
\n
• Deliver exceptional client care and build lasting client relationships
\n
• Possess excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills
\n
• Be proactive, organised and commercially aware
\n
