Warner Recruitment are delighted to be partnering exclusively with Heygates Ltd to recruit a Credit Controller in Bugbrooke Northamptonshire.Heygates | Northampton | £31,000 | Full-Time, PermanentThe RoleYou'll take responsibility for a varied sales ledger, working closely with customers and colleagues to ensure accounts are managed effectively and payments are collected in a professional and customer-focused manner.Working with a diverse customer base within the agricultural sector, you'll build strong relationships whilst helping to maintain healthy cash flow and exceptional customer service.Credit Controller Key Responsibilities\n

• Chasing overdue payments and reducing outstanding debt
\n
• Allocating payments and maintaining the sales ledger
\n
• Reconciling accounts and resolving queries
\n
• Setting up new customer accounts
\n
• Agreeing payment plans where required
\n
• Processing Direct Debits and cash postings
\n
• Completing credit checks and assessing customer risk
\n
• Managing pro forma orders and securing payment
\n
• Liaising with customers and internal teams
\n
• Maintaining accurate account records and documentation
\n

• Experienced in Credit Control

• Confident communicating with customers by phone and email
\n
• Organised, accurate and detail-focused
\n
• Proactive and dependable

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
