£33-35k DOE

Previous experience of processing window & door quotes & orders is essential

MacGregor Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Window Order Processor to join an established manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors based in Essex.

Order Processor Administrator role:

\n
• Joining a small but dedicated order processing team and working with the wider team in an open plan office you will respond to customer enquiries, providing product information and advice as required
\n
• Check specifications and process accurate window and door quotations and orders using Business Micros Evolution window processing system
\n
• Checking prices and sending orders to 3rd party suppliers
\n
• Maintaining great relationships with customers and suppliers
\n
• Wider administrative support including answering incoming calls, responding to customers., following up quotes and updating customers
\n

Skills & Experience:

\n
• Previous experience of order processing windows and doors using business micros system (or similar) is essential
\n
• An understanding of window and door products and relevant regulations
\n
• The successful candidate will be methodical, accurate & efficient in approach and have great people skills
\n
• Own transport is highly advantageous
\n

Salary:

\n
• Salary band is £33-35k depending on skills & experience
\n
• Hours of work are either or Monday to Friday
\n
• 28 days annual leave, inclusive of statutory
\n
