RECEPTIONIST We’re recruiting a friendly and customer-focused Receptionist & Clinic Administrator to join a busy and welcoming healthcare environment. This varied role combines front-of-house excellence with essential administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced setting. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, coordinating appointments, supporting the wider team and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.RECEPTIONIST ROLE:\n

- Welcoming clients and their pets to the clinic with warmth and empathy \n
- Acting as the first point of contact for queries over the phone or in person \n
- Registering new clients and booking appointments \n
- Ensuring appointments run on time and clinical staff are updated on arrivals, late appointments and emergencies \n
- Clinic administration: processing and chasing pet insurance claims \n
- Promoting membership and signing clients up to the relevant plan \n
- Ensuring the reception area looks welcoming and inviting at all times, and replenishing stock for sale \n
- Liaising with emotional clients on occasion and ensuring we maintain clinic standards whilst being empathetic \n

- Demonstrating previous front-of-house and client-facing experience, providing professional and attentive service at all times \n
- Showing empathy and kindness when supporting clients and patients, particularly in highly emotional situations, while ensuring accurate information is being provided \n
- Creating a positive, welcoming and reassuring experience for every client and patient visiting the clinic \n
- Maintaining professionalism, compassion and discretion when handling sensitive enquiries and situations \n
- Being passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring high standards of client care are being maintained throughout every interaction \n
