\n\n\nAbout The Role
\n\nSterling Williams are seeking a Transitions analyst, to join a fantastic Investment Management firm in the heart of the city. Responsible for processing new transfer instructions and chasing cases with counterparties to ensure transfers complete in a timely manner.
\n\nResponsibilities:
\n\nCheck and process transfer requests received from relationship management teams, liaising with third parties regarding settlement and inputting instructions into system
\nCommunicate with counterparties, fund managers and custodians to manage the smooth and timely transition of client assets to and from
\nEfficient tracking and reporting of assets in transfer using the Asset Tracker system, providing clear and relevant updates to enable the client (internal and external) to monitor progress of the transfer
\nManagement of Transitions mailbox, post and telephone queries
\nProcess transfers through our electronic reregistration system
\nMonitor reports and systems to check for receipt of funds and assets, process cheques for the custodian to apply to the account
\nEnsure adherence to internal and client operational procedures and controls
\nManagement of Transitions mailbox, post and telephone queries
\nMaintain relationships with third party administrators, Fund Managers and custodian
\n\n\nThe Successful candidate will have
\n\nAccuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail
\nOrganisation and prioritisation skills to manage own workload to meet deadlines
\nGood communication skills (oral and written) in order to deal with queries received via telephone, email and face to face, and to ensure responses and updates are both clear and relevant
\nUnderstanding the importance of treating customers fairly to deal with any issues that occur promptly and efficiently
