Document Production Specialist (Evening)

A global law firm are searching for a Document Production Specialist (evening) 3:3pm -10pm (30hours a week) offering 28k then 30k after probation. This is a totally remote role, but you would need to be accessible to either Manchester, Leeds or London for training needs.

\n

For this role it is essential to have document production experience in legal.

\n

The Responsibilities

\n

- Prioritising work requests including audio transcription of legal documents

\n

- Tracked changes, autonumbering and fixing corrupted files

\n

- Managing templates and helping with red line strike outs

\n

- Creating notes and reports

\n

- Producing transcripts of interview, hearings and conferences

\n

- Producing and amending documents with speed and accuracy

\n

- Creating and editing and reformatting documents

\n

- Making sure deadlines are met

\n

- Other administration duties

\n

Experience:

\n

- Experience in a document production role in a legal setting is essential for this role or experience in a law firm prior but currently completing document production in a non-legal setting.

\n

- It is also essential to have advanced Microsoft word and excel.

\n
