HRGO Recruitment are seeking for a Picker Packer to join our client's team in their packaging department in Hastings. The successful candidate will be required to pick and pack products to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Efficiently pick and pack products to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
\n
• Working on a production line
\n
• Inspect products for damages and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
\n
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
\n
• Maintain a clean and organised work space to promote safety and efficiency.
\n

Skills Required:

• Reliability
\n
• MUST live in Hastings or be able to commute
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
\n
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
\n
• Ability to stand for extended periods
