\nRole Overview:
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a supportive, high-performing team in a dual-focused tenancy role. You’ll be involved in both tenancy renewals and coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work. \nKey Responsibilities:

- Negotiate and manage student tenancy renewals \n
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to secure agreements \n
- Draft and process tenancy renewal documents \n
- Assist with the coordination of upcoming student tenancies \n
- Complete Right to Rent checks and follow up on documentation \n
- Draft tenancy agreements and ensure compliance \n
- Set up and renew Rent & Legal Protection policies \n
- Maintain accurate compliance and policy records \n
- Support the deposit return process for Rent Collection and Let Only landlords \n
- Communicate with landlords regarding deductions and return instructions \n
Skills and Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Previous experience in lettings or property is ideal, but not essential – full training is provided \n
- Good understanding of tenancy processes and Right to Rent checks is beneficial \n
- Experience with Rent & Legal Protection policies is a bonus \n
- Excellent organisation and time management \n
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal \n
- Strong attention to detail \n
- Comfortable with negotiation and problem-solving \n
- Approachable, professional, and customer-focused \n
- Able to work independently as well as within a team \n
Package and Benefits:
