The role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance, responding to call-outs, fault finding, product testing and completing small repairs across a designated route in London. You'll be customer-focused, technically skilled, and committed to delivering a high standard of service. While you'll have your own route, flexibility to assist colleagues on other sites when required is essential. All travel costs between sites are fully covered.Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on lift equipment.
\n
• Attend emergency call-outs and diagnose faults.
\n
• Complete product testing and small repairs.
\n
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with Quality and Health & Safety procedures.
\n
• Maintain regular communication with the office regarding job progress.
\n
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
\n
• Support and mentor colleagues where appropriate.
\n

About You You'll have a strong technical background within the lift industry and enjoy solving problems while building positive relationships with customers. Essential Skills & Experience\n

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the lift industry.
\n
• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent).
\n
• CSCS Card.
\n
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
\n
• Strong product knowledge.
\n
• High level of technical ability.
\n
• Organised with a methodical approach to work.
\n
• Able to work well under pressure.
\n
• Excellent customer service skills.
\n

Desirable\n

• Apprenticeship trained.
\n
