Interim HR Transformation Lead | Mid Kent / Hybrid | Paying up to £85k DOE
\nWe are recruiting exclusively on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Transformation Lead to join their organisation during a significant period of change and growth. This is a 12 month FTC position.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a senior HR professional with a proven track record of delivering transformation programmes, implementing new operating models and driving organisational change. The strategic direction is already defined; the focus of this role is ensuring successful delivery, implementation and embedding of key initiatives across the business.
\nYou will play a key role in modernising HR operations, improving service delivery and supporting the organisation through a programme of change.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of a large-scale HR transformation programme. \n
- Embed and enhance a business partnering approach across the HR function. \n
- Design and implement an HR shared services model, including processes, systems and operating frameworks. \n
- Drive organisational design and change initiatives. \n
- Support the transformation of recruitment and talent acquisition processes. \n
- Manage multiple transformation and integration projects simultaneously. \n
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. \n
- Monitor progress against agreed objectives and provide regular updates to leadership teams. \n
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across people processes and systems. \n
- Support the delivery of change management and organisational development initiatives. \n
About You:
\nThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
\n- \n
- Significant experience leading HR transformation, organisational change or operating model programmes. \n
- Experience building or implementing shared services functions. \n
- Strong knowledge of HR business partnering models and organisational design. \n
- A track record of delivering successful change within fast-paced and evolving environments. \n
- Strong employee relations and change management expertise. \n
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level. \n
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach and the ability to quickly build credibility. \n
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR leadership experience. \n
