Roadfreight Coordinator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Roadfreight Operations Coordinator due to the company obtaining a new large account for a busy well-established Freight company based in the Woking area.

Role Purpose

• Accurate planning and scheduling of Roadfreight shipments
\n
• Clear communication with customers and internal teams
\n
• Consistent service delivery aligned to defined processes
\n
• Daily shipment coordination
\n
• Demo movements and returns
\n
• Customer updates and communication
\n
• Ensure full visibility and control across all movements
\n
• Support planning and coordination of shipments
\n
• Collections and deliveries
\n
• Assist with scheduling jobs
\n
• Create and manage bookings in internal systems
\n
• Maintain accurate records
\n
• Provide updates to customers on shipment status
\n
• Coordinate with transport providers
\n
• Support Operational Account Lead and Senior team members
\n
• Follow defined operating procedures (SOPs)

• Provide day-to-day support to:

Working hours are Monday - Friday
