Executive Assistant – 6 Month FTC
\nWe are working exclusively with an industry leading client on the lookout for an Executive Assistant to join their head offices in Warwick for a 6-month FTC. This role requires an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys being the trusted right-hand support to senior leaders, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
\nOur client is on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of their Directors. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role at the heart of the business, managing complex priorities, building strong relationships across the organisation, and helping drive business success.
\nNo two days will be the same: from coordinating executive diaries and international travel to preparing board-level documentation and organising leadership events, you'll be a trusted partner who anticipates needs, solves problems before they arise, and ensures the Director can focus on strategic priorities.
\nKey responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive, proactive and highly confidential support to the Director \n
- Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated \n
- Oversee email management, responding to and prioritising communications where appropriate \n
- Arrange national and international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries and associated logistics \n
- Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the Director, exercising sound judgement and discretion \n
- Organise executive meetings, leadership events and team activities from planning through to delivery \n
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, agendas, briefing papers and meeting packs \n
- Attend meetings, produce accurate minutes, monitor actions and ensure timely follow-up \n
- Coordinate monthly reporting and executive communications \n
- Maintain organised and secure document management systems \n
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, senior stakeholders and external partners, acting as a professional ambassador for the Director \n
- Support business projects and initiatives as required, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and professionally \n
As such we would like you to have:

- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role \n
- Exceptional diary, inbox and workload management skills \n
- Experience coordinating complex meetings, travel and executive events \n
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines \n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal \n
- The ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion \n
- Strong stakeholder management skills, building effective relationships at all levels \n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail \n
- The confidence to work independently, anticipate business needs and use your initiative \n
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams \n
- Experience preparing professional documentation, presentations and meeting minutes \n
