Business Development Manager

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Business Development Manager for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The role is based in the Feltham, Middlsex area.

Duties:-

• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
\n
• Building up suspects and converting them to prospects
\n
• Profiling customers
\n
• Selling Air and Seafreight services
\n
• Demonstrating and presenting products
\n
• Hunting for new business
\n
• Managing and growing existing clients
\n
• Managing sales leads program
\n
• Maintaining accurate sales records
\n
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences & meetings
\n
• Reviewing sales performance
\n
• Negotiating contracts with customers and closing the contract
\n
• Working towards monthly or annual targets.
\n

Requirements:-

- Field sales experience in freight forwarding

- Ability to sales all products including Air, Ocean and Roadfreight

- Strong field sales experience.
