Responsibilities of the role:

\n - To assist the Manager in ensuring the effective, safe and profitable running of all locations
\n - Assist with individual referrals
\n - Provide support to all staff within the group on a 24 hour on call basis
\n - Ability to work 2 weekends per month
\n - Assist with management of staff
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
\n - Experience of working with people with complex needs desirable
\n - NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3 mandatory working toward Level 5
\n - Excellent communication skills
\n - Team player
\n - Good organisational skills
\n - Drivers license
\n - Must be on call one weekend per month
\n
\n
