This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of high-quality residential property matters while developing your career within a collaborative and client-focused environment.The RoleYou will take responsibility for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, providing a high standard of service to a loyal and growing client base.Your work will include:\n

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions independently.
\n
• Handling freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters.
\n
• Delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the conveyancing process.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professionals.
\n
• Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the continued success and growth of the department.

The CandidateApplications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives who can demonstrate:\n

• A minimum of 3 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing.
\n
• The ability to independently manage a busy and varied caseload.
\n
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
\n
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
\n
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
