The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by preparing high-quality suitability reports, conducting technical research, and ensuring all advice is compliant and aligned with regulatory standards. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and compliant suitability reports based on adviser recommendations
  • \n
  • Conduct in-depth financial product and fund research
  • \n
  • Analyse client information including income, assets, pensions, investments, and protection needs
  • \n
  • Support advisers in the development of financial planning strategies
  • \n
  • Ensure all advice aligns with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards
  • \n
  • Liaise with advisers and administrators to gather and clarify client information
  • \n
  • Assist in preparing cashflow modelling and financial planning scenarios where required
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised client records
  • \n
  • Keep up to date with financial products, legislation, and market changes
  • \n

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4)
  • \n
  • Previous experience in a Paraplanning or technical financial services role
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of financial planning products including pensions, investments, and protection
  • \n
  • Experience writing suitability reports
  • \n
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
  • \n
  • Excellent analytical and research skills
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • \n
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with advisers
