Accounts Payable Team Leader

We are working with a large successful group who are seeking an Accounts Payable Lead to join there Darlington based finance team.

This role will report to the Financial Controller and will pay a key part in the day to day functioning of the AP Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable processing
\n
• Monitoring and systems management
\n
• Team support
\n
• Liaising with the FC regards to any higher level issues
\n
• Being the primary contact for supplier and internal communications surrounding AP
\n

Overall the AP Team leader will ensure the smooth running of the AP function by maintaining oversight, supporting team members with and issues where necessary and being the crucial link between suppliers and internal departments.

Ideal candidates:

• Have 2+ years experience in an AP Lead role
\n
• Strong systems experience
\n
• Sage 200 experience
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills
\n
