We are partnering with a highly regarded professional services firm to recruit a HR & Operations Co-ordinator in Kings Lynn. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment, supporting the People & Culture Director in delivering an exceptional HR and operational service across the business.

The Opportunity

This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll take on a key position as the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while managing competing priorities with confidence.

\n

You’ll be instrumental in maintaining organisation, accuracy, and efficiency across all HR administration and operational processes, helping to create a positive and supportive environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People & Culture Director
  • \n
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • \n
  • Coordinate operational priorities and manage deadlines effectively
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records within HR systems and databases
  • \n
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle administration, including starters and leavers
  • \n
  • Support recruitment processes, including coordination and administration
  • \n
  • Produce and update monthly HR reports and statistics
  • \n
  • Oversee absence and holiday tracking
  • \n
  • Prepare employee correspondence, including contracts and HR letters
  • \n

About You

You will also bring:

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role or legal background looking to go into HR
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • \n
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • \n
  • The ability to manage changing priorities in a high-pressure environment
  • \n
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • \n
  • A professional and approachable manner
  • \n
