Assistant Finance Business Partner

Assistant Finance Business Partner job in WarminsterYour new roleReporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the production of monthly management accounts and financial reports
\n
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
\n
• Providing variance analysis and commentary on business performance
\n
• Supporting operational managers with financial information and reporting
\n
• Producing KPI reports and performance dashboards
\n
• Identifying trends and providing actionable financial insight
\n
• Assisting with month-end close activities, including accruals and prepayments
\n
• Supporting business case preparation and financial modelling
\n
• Monitoring departmental expenditure against budget
\n
• Working with non-finance stakeholders to improve financial understanding
\n
• Assisting with continuous improvement projects across finance and operations
\n
• Supporting year-end and audit processes
\n

What you'll need to succeed

\n
• AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA
\n
• Previous experience in management accounts, financial analysis or business partnering support
\n
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and financial modelling
\n
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
\n
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business
\n
• Commercially aware with an interest in driving business performance
\n
