\n\nLocation: RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire (100% onsite)
\nContract: 6 month contractRate: £21.74 per hour PAYE / £29.07 per hour UmbrellaHours: Standard working pattern: 35 hours per week, typically worked across 4.5
\ndays between 07:00 and 19:00.
\nShift pattern: 5 days on, 4 days off rotation, 12-hour shifts covering days and nights,
\naveraging 40.5 hours per week across the year
\nIR35: Inside IR35
\nClearance: BPSS+ required (arranged by our client)
\n\nAbout the Role
\nOur client is seeking Aircraft Data Maintenance Clerks to join a busy aviation support team based at RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented administrators with strong data management skills to support aircraft maintenance operations within a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the Maintenance Support Manager, the successful Aircraft Data Maintenance Clerks will play a vital role in maintaining accurate digital maintenance records and ensuring airworthiness data is correctly managed.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Create component assets and link associated airworthiness data. \n
- Accurately enter and maintain maintenance data within digital systems. \n
- Review and verify maintenance records to ensure completeness and accuracy. \n
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure timely and accurate data entry. \n
- Assist with the development and maintenance of data entry procedures. \n
- Conduct regular audits of digital records to ensure regulatory compliance. \n
- Maintain accurate record-keeping systems and databases. \n
Essential Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Experience using data entry software and record-keeping systems. \n
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. \n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. \n
- Experience managing tasks and priorities effectively. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications. \n
Desirable Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Previous experience within aerospace, aviation, or aircraft maintenance environments. \n
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance records and airworthiness documentation. \n
- Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance requirements. \n
- Advanced spreadsheet skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. \n
- Experience working within Maintenance Data Systems (MDS). \n
