• Handling incoming calls and responding to client queries promptly
\n
• Assisting with onboarding new clients and preparing client care documentation
\n
• Verifying client identification and source of funds
\n
• Supporting with title checks under supervision
\n
• Drafting and issuing contract packs
\n
• Obtaining redemption statements
\n
• Assisting with pre-contract enquiries on sale files
\n
• Preparing pre-completion documents, including invoices and statements
\n
• Updating the case management system accurately
\n
• Supporting team members to ensure efficient case progression
\n
• Building strong relationships with third-party stakeholders
\n
• Participating in ongoing training and development
\n

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong interest in property law and conveyancing

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in conveyancing is beneficial but not essential
