FACTORY OPERATIVEWe are currently recruiting for a Production Worker to join the Mould Department of our busy client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract.Basics:\n

• Location: Whilst based in Plymouth your own transport would be beneficial due to location
\n
• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
\n
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:00
\n
• Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate
\n

Key Responsibilities:\n

\n
• Working within the mould department to support production operations
\n
• Handling and moving moulds and production materials
\n
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
\n
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
\n
• Supporting the wider production team as required
\n

What We're Looking For:\n

\n
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
\n
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
\n
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25kg
\n
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
\n
• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
\n
• Own transport is recommended due to the site location
\n
