- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-maintained working environment. \n
- Liaise with landlords, building management, suppliers, and external service providers. \n
- Proactively identify and resolve office maintenance and facilities issues. \n
- Manage office supplies, equipment, stationery, refreshments, and inventory. \n
- Coordinate office moves, workspace changes, and office improvement projects. \n
- Maintain office Health & Safety standards, including Fire Marshal responsibilities and first aid procedures. \n
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services. \n
- Maintain accurate records of company assets and equipment. \n

- Organise and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, networking functions, and company initiatives. \n
- Manage event logistics including venues, catering, suppliers, travel arrangements, and presentation requirements. \n
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of events. \n
- Support the preparation of presentations, communications, and event materials. \n
- Ensure a seamless attendee experience from planning through to execution. \n

- Provide high-level EA support to senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders. \n
- Manage complex diaries and schedules across multiple time zones. \n
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, meeting packs, and presentation materials. \n
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and associated logistics. \n
- Process expenses and maintain accurate records. \n
- Track key actions, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion. \n
- Act as a trusted point of contact, handling confidential information with discretion. \n

- Previous experience within the recruitment industry is essential. \n
- Experience supporting senior leaders within a recruitment agency, executive search firm, or talent consultancy. \n
- Strong understanding of the fast-paced and deadline-driven nature of recruitment businesses. \n
- Proven experience managing office operations and executive support responsibilities concurrently. \n

- Friday: 09:00–16:00 \n
- Flexibility required to support occasional events and business activities outside normal working hours. \n
