Sales Executive

Sales ExecutivePermanent - Leicester

£25,000 basic + Uncapped Commission + Company Car

Are you someone who enjoys sales, loves hitting targets and wants to earn great commission?

We're working with a growing automotive business that's looking to add a Sales Executive to its team. Whether you've worked in automotive sales before or have a strong sales background from another industry, this could be a great opportunity to build a long-term career.

You'll be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, helping customers find the right car van while building strong, long-lasting relationships.

  Contact new and existing customers.

  Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to order completion.

\n
• \n

  Prepare competitive quotations.

\n
• \n

  Follow up enquiries by phone and email to convert leads into sales.

\n
• \n

  Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

\n
• \n

  Manage contract renewals and discuss end-of-contract options.

\n
• \n

  Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.

\n
• \n

  Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets.

\n
• \n

  Keep customer records up to date using the CRM system.

\n
• \n

  Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales journey.

\n
• \n

  Keep up to date with the latest products and market trends.

\n

You'll ideally have:

\n
• \n

  Previous experience in a sales role.

\n
• \n

  Automotive or vehicle leasing experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

\n
• \n

  A positive, target-driven attitude.

\n
• \n

  Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

\n
• \n

  Good organisation and the ability to manage your own workload.

\n
• \n

  Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

\n
• \n

  A full UK driving licence.

\n

  £25,000 basic salary.
