Location: Crawley

\n

Hours: 20 Hours Per Week (Monday to Thursday, 9:30am – 2:30pm)

Salary: £14,000 – £16,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About The Role:

\n

Our client is looking to recruit a friendly, confident and proactive client relationship executive to join their team in Crawley on a part-time basis.

\n

\n

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with people and developing a long-term career within a growing business. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's business development activities by generating opportunities and arranging appointments for the senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

    \n
  • Making outbound calls to prospective businesses using a pre-populated database.
  • \n
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities.
  • \n
  • Building strong relationships with prospective businesses.
  • \n
  • Following up telephone conversations with professional email correspondence.
  • \n
  • Arranging appointments for the senior sales team using outlook calendars.
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate records of all communications and activities.
  • \n
  • Supporting the company's business development and marketing activities.
  • \n
  • Attending selected appointments alongside senior colleagues as confidence and experience develop.
  • \n

About The Candidate

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

  • An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • \n
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and building rapport.
  • \n
  • A proactive, positive and professional attitude.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • \n
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • \n
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team.
  • \n
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support or business development would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • \n
