Residential Conveyancer / Newly Qualified Solicitor Location:Nottingham Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE + BenefitsCRA Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership with a long-established and highly respected East Midlands law firm in the recruitment of a Residential Conveyancer / Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their growing property team based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or an experienced conveyancer with a minimum of two years' residential property experience to join a supportive and client-focused practice with an outstanding reputation for service, quality and professionalism. The firm has built its success on providing personal, proactive and ethical legal advice, with a strong emphasis on long-term client relationships and exceptional client care.The Role You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with appropriate supervision and support, handling a broad range of matters including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • \n
  • Transfers of equity
  • \n
  • Remortgages
  • \n
  • New build transactions
  • \n
  • Shared ownership matters
  • \n
  • Right to Buy transactions
  • \n
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
  • \n
  • Providing an efficient and professional service throughout the transaction process
  • \n
\n

About You Applications are welcomed from:

  • Newly Qualified Solicitors with residential property experience gained during training

  • Licensed Conveyancers

  • Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years' fee-earning experience
