Financial Administrator route to Paraplanning - City of London - £32-35k plus full study support

One of our longest standing City based Wealth Management clients is looking for an ambitious and career focused Financial Administrator that is looking for a route to becoming a Paraplanner. Having worked with closely with them for over 10 years we have placed nearly 60 people with them in this time and always describe the firm as a “career move” not just another job.

Due to a recent promotion within their Financial Admin team, they are now looking for either a graduate with a year’s internship experience within Wealth Management or a Financial Administrator that has gained up to 1 year’s practical experience of Financial Administration. You will be working in a close-knit team that are very supportive and are managed by a really hands on person, that takes pride in training and supporting their team. The role is working alongside Paraplanners to help provided end to end administrative support for a team of Financial Advisers, where you will be able to build on your current technical knowledge and experience.

As with the previous incumbent, there is a clear route through for someone to become a Paraplanner, so if you are in a dead-end job, or working for a firm that doesn’t support and appreciate their staff, then this would be an excellent career move for you. Full on the job training will be provided along with study support for you to gain your level 4 diploma.

To be eligible for this role, you will need a minimum of 6 months practical work experience within a Financial Services company, either as a Financial Administrator or intern and be a good team player and self-motivated.
