Fully Remote with 50% Travel to Poland

We are looking for an experienced Senior Transition Manager to lead the successful migration of finance processes from multiple international locations into a centralised shared services environment. This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery expertise to ensure a smooth transition while maintaining service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end transition projects within Finance Credit operations across multiple European markets.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, finance teams, and cross-functional workstreams to deliver transition objectives.
  • \n
  • Lead knowledge transfer activities, process mapping, documentation, and training to support operational readiness.
  • \n
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and process inefficiencies, implementing effective mitigation plans.
  • \n
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Support go-live activities and post-transition stabilisation to ensure sustainable operational performance.
  • \n
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting standardisation and operational best practice.
  • \n
  • Ensure service quality, compliance requirements, and customer expectations are upheld throughout the transition lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience delivering multiple successful finance transition projects, ideally across finance credit, within complex organisations.
  • \n
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead initiatives across diverse geographical locations.
  • \n
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior business leaders.
  • \n
  • Background in shared services, business process outsourcing (BPO), global business services (GBS), or transformation programmes.
  • \n
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional European language skills would be advantageous.
  • \n
  • Ability to work within fast-paced and changing environments, balancing multiple priorities while achieving project objectives.
  • \n
  • Passion for driving process improvement, operational excellence, and long-term business value.
