\nWe are recruiting for Business Administrator to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for an experienced office support professional who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
\nWorking as part of a wider Business Support Team, you will provide essential administrative assistance across the firm, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of client service.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Managing client onboarding and administrative processes \n
- Preparing draft invoices, letters and credit notes \n
- Producing correspondence and final client documentation \n
- Printing, photocopying, and binding documents \n
- Providing reception cover during busy periods and staff absence \n
- Assisting with general administrative duties across the business \n
- Opportunity to develop into PA-level responsibilities over time \n
About You
