\n\nLocation & Working Pattern
\n\nThis role is based in Poole, and applicants must live within a commutable distance of the office.
\nThe business operates a hybrid working model, with the ideal pattern being four days per week in the office and one day working from home (Friday). As an absolute minimum, successful candidates must be able to attend the office 1–2 days per week when required, so this opportunity is only suitable for those who can comfortably commute to Poole on a regular basis.
\n\nThe Role
\n\nAs a PPC Specialist, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management and optimisation of Amazon advertising campaigns across a varied portfolio of brands.
\nYou'll focus on delivering outstanding campaign performance through structured account management, bid optimisation, keyword refinement, search term analysis and budget management, while developing your commercial understanding of how PPC impacts wider business performance.
\nWorking closely with internal client services and catalogue teams, you'll help ensure advertising activity is aligned with broader commercial objectives.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Build, manage and optimise Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns. \n
- Maintain well-structured campaign architecture and account hygiene. \n
- Optimise bids, budgets and keywords using performance data. \n
- Analyse campaign performance across key metrics including ACOS, ROAS, CPC and conversion rate. \n
- Identify opportunities for growth and performance improvements. \n
- Monitor budget pacing and ensure campaigns remain commercially effective. \n
- Support PPC strategy through testing, analysis and insight. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising with listing optimisation and promotional activity. \n
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established best practices and processes. \n
About You
\n\nYou'll ideally have:
\n- \n
- 1–3 years' experience in PPC, Amazon Advertising or e-commerce marketing. \n
- Experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns (or similar paid media platforms). \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills. \n
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. \n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a desire to continually improve performance. \n
