Legal Counsel - EmploymentBuckinghamshire (Hybrid - approx. 2 days per month in the office) £47,000 - £56,500We're recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established organisation for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its in-house legal team.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with 4+ years' PQE in employment law to work on a varied caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, while partnering with stakeholders across a complex organisation.The RoleYou'll provide expert legal advice on a wide range of employment issues, including:\n

\n
• Employment Tribunal claims from Early Conciliation through to final hearing.
\n
• Disciplinary, grievance, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE and trade union matters.
\n
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, procedures, settlement agreements and other employment documentation.
\n
• Delivering employment law training and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
\n
• Managing external legal advisers and providing pragmatic, risk-based legal advice.
\n

About YouYou'll be a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with:\n

\n
• At least 4 years' PQE in employment law.
\n
• Strong Employment Tribunal experience.
\n
• Excellent drafting and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• The ability to communicate practical legal advice to non-legal audiences.
\n
• A commercial, solutions-focused approach.
\n
• Experience working in-house or advising large, complex or unionised organisations would be advantageous but is not essential.
