Senior Field Sales Manager

Do you have a background in hospitality services ? This is a fabulous role for someone with a solid background in building new business. This company has recently gone through an explosion in growth of its food franchise business and is trialling dishes across its network that accommodates increasingly sophisticated and international tastes. . This role can be 100% remote as you will be visiting franchises across the country as well as looking to expand the business into retailer stores as concessions

Salary : up to £100,000 Base salary + generous performance bonus

CAR: Car allowance provided /laptop/phone etc

Travel Involved: International and UK

ESSENTIAL experience: hospitality F&B and sales background

DUTIES: a mix of relationship management and new business development

• Meeting existing contacts and introducing yourself
\n
• Developing an understanding of existing customer demographics, buying patterns, consumer habits and business plans
\n
• Suggesting new “in development “ promotional offers before they hit the open market
\n
• Negotiating supply and quantities. Liaising with suppliers and warehouse
\n
• Checking-in with the customer to ensure that they are happy with the service with a view to expanding the range of products they already buy
\n
• New business development
\n
• Research , locate the decision makers and then approach prospects
\n
• Attend hospitality or food related events to pick up leads
\n
• Pitch for business on a face-to-face basis
\n
• Negotiate sales volumes and new supplier contracts
\n
• Constantly visit existing customers to ensure that they are happy with the products and service
\n

REQUIREMENTS

· Experience of managing retail hospitality customers with average sales up to £5m per annum

· Car driver
