Accountancy Practice experience essential & Fully Qualified

An established and growing accountancy practice in Swindon is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their friendly and professional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practice-trained accountant looking to work with a varied portfolio of SME clients, providing high-quality management accounts and business advisory support.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
\n
• Producing financial reports, KPIs and cash flow forecasts
\n
• Budgeting and forecasting for a diverse client portfolio
\n
• Reviewing bookkeeping and VAT returns
\n
• Supporting clients with financial analysis and business performance reporting
\n
• Liaising directly with clients and providing ongoing accounting support
\n
• Assisting with year-end accounts preparation and statutory reporting
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Previous experience working within an accountancy practice is essential
\n
• ACCA / ACA qualified
\n
• Strong management accounting and client-facing skills
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
\n
• Proficient in cloud-based accounting software, including Xero and QuickBooks
\n
• Able to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment
\n
• Mentor junior team members
\n
