The Administration Role

As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in making sure orders get from A to B smoothly. You will:

  • Manage Customer Orders: Track and manage orders from the moment they are received through to successful delivery
  • \n
  • Coordinate & Communicate: Liaise daily with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to keep everything moving efficiently
  • \n
  • Handle Documentation: Take care of import-related administration and shipping paperwork, keeping accurate records
  • \n
  • Update Systems: Upload and manage tracking information on customer portals
  • \n
  • Resolve Queries: Handle customer questions and look into any delivery delays, following issues through to completion
