Your duties will include:\n

• Electrical testing and inspection
\n
• Fault finding and reactive repairs
\n
• Full and partial rewires
\n
• Kitchen and bathroom electrical installations
\n
• Installation of domestic heating controls and systems
\n
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults
\n
• Completing emergency call-outs when required
\n
• Maintaining accurate job records, including photographs where needed
\n
• Following health & safety procedures and safe working practices
\n
• Providing excellent customer service while working in residents' homes
\n

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, customer-focused and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. You'll ideally have:\n

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
\n
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
\n
• City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) Testing & Inspection qualification
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
• Previous experience within social housing, domestic maintenance or property repairs
\n
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
\n
• A professional and respectful approach when working in customers' homes
\n

A CSCS card is beneficial but not essential. A DBS check will be required before employment.
