About the Opportunity A well-established organisation operating within the housing and property maintenance sector is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment works across a residential portfolio.Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and support a team of skilled operatives and specialist contractors.

• Monitor work quality, productivity, and programme delivery through regular site inspections.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
\n
• Manage team performance, attendance, and development to maintain high service standards.
\n
• Coordinate resources effectively to meet operational priorities and customer expectations.
\n

About You\n

\n
• Previous supervisory experience within construction, maintenance, repairs, or planned works.
\n
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and site compliance.
\n
• Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
\n
• Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence.
\n
