National Employer Partnerships Manager
\nFully Remote | Flexible Working OTE: c. £80,000 uncapped earning potential
\nRole Overview
\nDatalaw is seeking a confident and proactive National Client Relationship Manager to strengthen our relationships with employers across the legal and professional services sectors.
\nIn this role, you will engage levy-paying employers, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and support them in understanding how apprenticeships can enhance their workforce development. You will play a key part in identifying opportunities, shaping tailored apprenticeship solutions, and supporting the growth of employer cohorts.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and engage levy-paying employers within the legal, marketing, and professional services sectors \n
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, including Partners, Directors, and HR/L&D teams \n
- Arrange and lead high-quality conversations to introduce Datalaw’s apprenticeship programmes \n
- Help employers understand how apprenticeships can support skills development and long-term workforce planning \n
- Maintain ongoing relationships to support repeat engagement and cohort growth \n
- Understand employer challenges and match them with appropriate apprenticeship solutions \n
- Support the smooth onboarding and launch of new apprenticeship cohorts \n
Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Proven experience in business development, employer engagement, or B2B sales \n
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders in professional environments \n
- Experience within apprenticeships or education is beneficial but not essential \n
- Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills \n
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, target-driven role \n
- Good CRM skills and the ability to manage a structured pipeline \n
