This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor looking to join a business that offers warm leads, full administrative support, outstanding earning potential and genuine career progression.The Role As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you'll provide expert mortgage and protection advice to customers while working closely with a successful estate agency network to maximise referrals and business opportunities.Key Responsibilities\n

• Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers
\n
• Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion
\n
• Building strong relationships with clients, estate agency colleagues and lenders
\n
• Promoting protection products to ensure customers receive comprehensive financial advice
\n
• Generating new business through referrals, repeat clients and proactive networking
\n
• Working towards and exceeding individual sales and protection targets
\n
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues where required
\n
• Maintaining full FCA compliance at all times
\n

About You\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor is essential
\n
• CeMAP qualified (or CAS status)
\n
• Proven track record of achieving mortgage and protection targets
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Commercially driven with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
\n
• Professional, organised and self-motivated
\n
• Full UK driving licence is essential
\n
