People & Talent Advisor - 6-month Contract

\nWe're partnering with a leading consumer business to recruit a Talent & People Advisor to join their People team on an initial six-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business going through an exciting period of growth and transformation, where you'll have the chance to make a real impact from day one.
\nWorking closely with the Senior People Partner, you'll play a key role across both recruitment and generalist HR, supporting managers and employees across the UK.
What you'll be doing\n- \n
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of head office and operational roles. \n
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver effective hiring solutions. \n
- Sourcing and attracting high-quality talent through a variety of channels. \n
- Delivering a first-class candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding. \n
- Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers on a range of people matters. \n
- Supporting employee relations cases including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance processes. \n
- Coordinating onboarding, inductions, probation reviews and employee lifecycle administration. \n
- Supporting learning and development initiatives, employee engagement and wellbeing activities. \n
- Producing HR documentation and maintaining accurate HR systems and records. \n
- Contributing to HR projects, process improvements and wider people initiatives. \n
We're looking for someone who enjoys working across both Talent Acquisition and HR and is confident building relationships across a busy, fast-paced business.
\nYou'll ideally have:
\n- \n
- Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment in an in-house Talent Acquisition role. \n
- HR Advisory experience, with a good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. \n
- Confidence supporting managers with a range of employee relations matters. \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. \n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. \n
- Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems. \n
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine passion for delivering a great people experience. \n
