  • Lead a growing production operation during a period of rapid scale-up

  • Lead the doubling of production levels this year, setting up production lines for two new products
  • \n
  • You will be measured on facilities planning, productivity and efficient reporting
  • \n
  • Manage day-to-day manufacturing activities to meet output targets
  • \n
  • Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
  • \n
  • Develop and implement production plans in line with business demand
  • \n
  • Lead, coach, and develop shopfloor teams to maximise performance
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements
  • \n
  • Work closely with engineering and project teams on new product introduction
  • \n
  • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Job Offer

Salary £60,000 - £70,000 plus good package and opportunity to:
