- Lead a growing production operation during a period of rapid scale-up \n
- Lead the doubling of production levels this year, setting up production lines for two new products \n
- You will be measured on facilities planning, productivity and efficient reporting \n
- Manage day-to-day manufacturing activities to meet output targets \n
- Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and quality standards \n
- Develop and implement production plans in line with business demand \n
- Lead, coach, and develop shopfloor teams to maximise performance \n
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements \n
- Work closely with engineering and project teams on new product introduction \n
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives \n

Job Offer
