This role will offer you as a junior qualified solicitor exposure to complex, high-profile matters, including multi-million-pound adjudications, cladding disputes and major infrastructure and healthcare projects.What does the department do: Advise on a broad range of contentious construction matters:

• Adjudications
\n
• Defects claims
\n
• PFI/PPP disputes
\n
• Final account claims
\n
• High-value infrastructure disputes
\n

Across public and private sector clients such as NHS Trusts, local authorities, contractors, developers and housing providers.What experience is needed:

• Qualified Solicitor circa 1 years’ PQE upwards
\n
• Experience of construction disputes and advisory matters
\n
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
\n
• Excellent organisation and client communication abilities
\n
• Ambitious
\n
• Flexible and part-time working arrangements and this firm have an adaptable approach to hybrid working.
